PET POLICY

Our community offers a welcoming living environment for everyone, featuring pet-friendly apartments for those with furry family members. We are proud to be a dog-friendly and cat-friendly destination, though we cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, or Chows, including mixed breeds of these lineages.

  • Dogs and Cats Welcome (up to 2 per home)

  • Breed Restrictions Apply

  • One-Time $350 Fee Per Home

  • $35 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet

  • Dog Weight Limit: 100 lbs.

  • Cat Weight Limit: 50 lbs.
